Main Street Moving Company provides residential and commercial moving services, packing services, and specialty item moving in the North Atlanta area. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual move conditions, including but not limited to:

• Actual volume and weight of items
• Access conditions at origin and destination
• Additional services requested on moving day
• Distance and travel time

We strive to provide accurate flat-rate quotes. Any changes to pricing will be communicated and approved before work begins.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

A deposit may be required to secure your moving date. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

5. Liability and Insurance

Main Street Moving Company is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. All moves include basic valuation coverage as required by law. Additional coverage options may be available upon request.

Claims for damaged or lost items must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate all claims promptly and work to resolve them fairly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about items to be moved
• Disclose any hazardous materials, prohibited items, or special handling requirements
• Ensure clear access at both origin and destination locations
• Be present (or have a designated representative present) for the initial and final walkthroughs
• Secure valuables, medications, and important documents separately

7. Prohibited Items

We cannot transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, or items prohibited by law. Please discuss any specialty items with our team during the quoting process.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required at the time of booking.

9. Website Use

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Use automated systems to access the Site without permission

10. Intellectual Property
